We Are All Beauty Heroes // November Box with Josh Rosebrook + PM Skincare Routine/Mask Demo

Like many of you I’m sure, I’m feeling a wide range of emotions this morning over the US Election results. Mostly my heart is just heavy over the low vibration, low consciousness energy that still dominates not just this country but most of the world. I try and remind myself that we got through Bush/Cheney (barely), and that we’ll get through this too. The state I live in, Massachusetts, did vote 67% for Clinton, and I am happy that we decided to say no to another casino, no to the expansion of charter schools, yes to protecting animal rights via banning farm animal confinement, and yes to legalizing marijuana. Small victories I suppose, but what else can we do. Anyway I had this video all ready to go and it always seems a bit…weird, to post when there are such intense events transpiring. However I hope that it can perhaps be a moment of temporary distraction as we go through this. Love, mercedes.

I had so much fun reviewing this box – I even decided to film and include an impromptu PM skincare routine to show you this month’s Hero Product, the Josh Rosebrook Cacao Antioxidant Face Mask in action. I hope you find this useful, and as always, please share your thoughts, impressions, user experience, everything with me below in the comments! xoxo, mercedes.

Disclaimer and a word on integrity: All products I talk about here on L’amour et la Musique are purchased with my own money, unless I explicitly mention that it was given to me either as a “PR sample” or gifted to me by friends/subscribers/et cetera. I will ALWAYS be fully transparent about any products given to me for review, that I did not seek out or purchase of my own accord. It is one of the biggest issues I have with YouTube – that many bloggers and YouTubers have just become a means to market products. That’s not why I do this. There is a huge difference between giving a rave to a product you researched and hemmed and hawed about spending your own money on, versus something given to you to test out. So, long-winded way of saying: all opinions expressed are entirely my own, and I strongly value honesty and integrity in real life and here on YouTube.

*Products marked with an asterix were sent or given to me as PR samples by the company (I don’t denote gifts from friends or subscribers)
