Episode 6: My Current Skincare Philosophy: Discussing Skin Integrity, Retinol, Facial Massage and More
Articulating one’s skincare philosophy is a way to develop deeper self-knowingness and beauty empowerment, providing a boundary between yourself and incessant beauty marketing and advertising. Today I discuss the basic tenants of my ever-evolving approach to taking care of my skin: minimal actives/exfoliation, skin nourishment, ample facial massage/manual work, and proper (albeit unconventional) skincare layering.
